The family two-room apartment has a bedroom and a kitchenette with a bunk sofa bed, is between 20 m² and 22 m², has a terrace or balcony and an incomparable view of the Gulf of Manerba. The apartments are equipped with air conditioning or heating, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, kitchenette with two electric plates, sink, refrigerator and extractor hood. The equipment includes complete equipment for food preparation, coffee machine and kettle. Two-room and one-room apartments are available, on request communicating apartments are also available, so as to be able to create a three-room apartment. The apartments all have a large private terrace or balcony on the ground floor and all enjoy a splendid lake view. The price of the apartment includes the kitchen equipment, please note that upon arrival you will be asked for a deposit of € 100.00 with the relative list of materials provided. Also included is initial cleaning and a change of linen every 7 days. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 60.00.
